Sword Services Greece is seeking to recruit energetic individuals to join our Business Analysis team in Greece as an IT Business Analyst. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in developing web applications for large International institutions. The company is currently expanding its activities in Greece offering an optimum career advancement opportunity for the successful candidate who should combine a relevant educational background, with enthusiasm and eagerness.

What you will do...

  • Business analysis and modelling;
  • Requirements analysis and system process modelling;
  • Data modelling;
  • Architectural analysis and definition;
  • Prototyping;

What is your experience...

  • The successful candidate will be a self-motivated professional with 3-6 years of proven experience in analysis and design of large information systems.
  • A degree in Computer Science/Engineering. Relative postgraduate degree is considered to be an asset;
  • Good knowledge in Business Process Analysis, Design and Integration;
  • Proven experience in structured or agile software development methodologies;
  • Good knowledge Functional / Non-functional requirements analysis;
  • Good knowledge of UML and Use Case analysis;
  • Very good knowledge of data analysis and data modelling;
  • Good knowledge of XML/XSD technologies;
  • Ability to draft technical documentation.

Experience in the following technologies will be considered an asset:

  • Hands on experience in Behavior Driven Development (BDD) with Gherkin and Cucumber
  • Knowledge of BPMN will be considered an asset;
  • Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) will be considered an asset;
  • Knowledge of Web services (SOAP or REST) will be considered as an asset;
