Ο Chief Commercial Officer είναι ανώτατο στέλεχος που έχει την ευθύνη για τη συνολική εμπορική στρατηγική μιας εταιρείας. Ο ρόλος του συνδυάζει την εποπτεία των πωλήσεων, του marketing, της ανάπτυξης προϊόντων και της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, με στόχο την αύξηση των εσόδων και του μεριδίου αγοράς.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Κατάρτιση και υλοποίηση εμπορικής στρατηγικής που ευθυγραμμίζεται με τους στόχους της εταιρείας.

Αναλύει την αποστολή, το όραμα και τους επιχειρησιακούς στόχους της εταιρείας.

Σχεδιάζει εμπορικές στρατηγικές (π.χ. είσοδος σε νέες αγορές, διαφοροποίηση προϊόντων, στρατηγικές τιμολόγησης) που υποστηρίζουν την ανάπτυξη.

  • Διαχείριση ομάδων πωλήσεων, ανάπτυξης και εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, με στόχο την επίτευξη KPIs και την ενίσχυση της απόδοσης.

Εποπτεύει τις ομάδες που έχουν άμεση επαφή με την αγορά και τους πελάτες.

Θέτει και παρακολουθεί KPIs όπως ποσοστά μετατροπής, ικανοποίηση πελατών, χρόνος απόκρισης, έσοδα ανά πελάτη.

Ενισχύει την απόδοση μέσω coaching, εργαλείων CRM, και βελτιστοποίησης διαδικασιών.

  • Ανάλυση αγοράς και συμπεριφοράς πελατών για τη βελτιστοποίηση της στρατηγικής.

Χρησιμοποιεί εργαλεία ανάλυσης (π.χ. Power BI, Google Analytics, έρευνες αγοράς) για να κατανοήσει τάσεις, ανάγκες και προτιμήσεις πελατών.

Εντοπίζει ευκαιρίες και απειλές (π.χ. νέοι ανταγωνιστές, αλλαγές στη ζήτηση).

Προσαρμόζει τη στρατηγική με βάση τα ευρήματα (π.χ. νέα προϊόντα, αλλαγές στην επικοινωνία).

  • Διαχείριση σχέσεων με πελάτες και συνεργάτες, ενίσχυση της εμπιστοσύνης και της αφοσίωσης.

Αναπτύσσει πολιτικές διατήρησης πελατών (π.χ. loyalty programs, εξατομικευμένες προσφορές).

Ενισχύει τη συνεργασία με στρατηγικούς συνεργάτες (π.χ. διανομείς, προμηθευτές).

Επικοινωνεί με πελάτες υψηλής αξίας και συμμετέχει σε διαπραγματεύσεις.

  • Συνεργασία με CEO και άλλα στελέχη για την ευθυγράμμιση της εμπορικής στρατηγικής με την ευρύτερη επιχειρησιακή κατεύθυνση.

Συμμετέχει σε συναντήσεις διοικητικού συμβουλίου και στρατηγικού σχεδιασμού.

Παρουσιάζει εμπορικά δεδομένα και προτάσεις για επενδύσεις ή αλλαγές.

Συνεργάζεται με CFO, CTO, HR για την ευθυγράμμιση των εμπορικών στόχων με τις λειτουργίες της εταιρείας.

Προφίλ υποψηφίου

  • Πτυχίο ή μεταπτυχιακό στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφή τομέα.
  • 10+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε εμπορικές διευθυντικές θέσεις (π.χ. Διευθυντής Πωλήσεων, Marketing, Business Development).
  • Αποδεδειγμένη επιτυχία στην επίτευξη στόχων εσόδων, ανάπτυξης αγοράς και διαχείρισης ομάδων.
  • Εμπειρία σε διεθνείς αγορές και συνεργασίες με στρατηγικούς εταίρους.
  • Ικανότητες ηγεσίας, στρατηγικής σκέψης και επικοινωνίας.
  • Γνώση CRM συστημάτων (π.χ. Salesforce, HubSpot), εργαλείων ανάλυσης (π.χ. Power BI) και συνεργασίας (π.χ. Teams, Zoom).
