Job Title: DP2 Master / Delivery Crew – Offshore Vessel

Location: Larose, Louisiana, USA → Nigeria (Delivery Voyage)

Job Type: Short-Term / Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and qualified maritime professionals to join our team for the sea trial and delivery of a DP2 offshore vessel from Larose, LA to Nigeria. This is a short-term assignment that requires full compliance with safety and certification requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the sea trial to test vessel systems and ensure operational readiness.
  • Join the delivery crew for the voyage from Larose to Nigeria.
  • Operate and monitor vessel systems according to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain safety protocols and follow all maritime regulations during the delivery.
  • Assist in navigation, watchkeeping, and other vessel operations as assigned.
  • Report vessel performance, incidents, or issues to the captain and company management.

Requirements:

  • Valid DP2 certification (for Master/Deck Officers responsible for DP operations).
  • Master Mariner, Chief Officer, or relevant officer's license.
  • STCW Certificates including Basic Safety Training, Advanced Firefighting, and Medical First Aid.
  • Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent).
  • Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the voyage.
  • Yellow Fever vaccination card for entry to Nigeria.
  • Previous experience in offshore vessel operations and international delivery voyages.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to join for the short-term assignment and complete all required documentation prior to arrival in Larose, LA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DP2 vessel operations and offshore navigation.
  • Strong knowledge of vessel safety procedures and emergency drills.
  • Previous delivery voyage experience to West Africa.
