In a newly created role, you'll be focused on developing business for a major account.
There is no team management and no leadership responsibility, just pure sales.
You'll join a European-based marine services company providing communication, navigation, and IT services.
Clients include shipowners, charterers, and marine technology firms. With an expanding footprint in Europe, they need someone who can take ownership of and grow key strategic accounts.
You'll be based in the Athens office, working in a hybrid arrangement from home and the office.
This role suits someone who wants to continue the growth of their sales career in the maritime sector, with the autonomy to shape client relationships and the structure to learn from experienced internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for major global accounts.
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships globally.
- Deliver tailored proposals and manage the full sales cycle.
This role is designed for someone with a few years of experience in maritime industry sales who's ready to take on more ownership.
You'll need to be proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working independently.
Key requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in sales or business development in the maritime industry, selling a technical product, or service to the industry.
