Role Description

This is a
part time role
for a
Business Development Executive
. The person in this role will support the growth of FitKit by building relationships with new companies and wellness partners, generating and nurturing leads, and developing long term collaborations.

Daily tasks include identifying opportunities, reaching out to potential corporate clients, communicating clearly to present FitKit's services, and staying in contact with wellness partners such as gyms, studios, therapists, and other service providers to strengthen FitKit's network. The role also involves following up with clients and partners, supporting their onboarding, and ensuring they receive consistent and high quality support.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to companies and introduce FitKit
  • Build relationships with corporate clients and wellness partners
  • Generate and manage new leads and business opportunities
  • Support presentations, demos, and simple proposals
  • Understand each company's needs and recommend suitable wellness solutions
  • Support the expansion of FitKit's partner network across different cities
  • Follow up with prospects, clients, and partners and support the sales process
  • Work closely with the founding team and marketing team
  • Track outreach activity and provide regular updates

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a related field
  • Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Comfortable supporting meetings and presentations, both in person and online
  • Experience in a fast paced or startup environment
  • High motivation, positive attitude, and strong sense of ownership
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
  • Genuine interest in health, wellness, and improving people's everyday lives
  • Interest in wellness and healthy lifestyle is a strong plus
