We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee front desk operations and ensure outstanding guest experience. This role includes managing the front office team, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support front office staff, ensuring professional and efficient service.
  • Manage daily operations (check-ins, check-outs, reservations, room allocation)
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and VIP arrangements.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
  • Monitor transactions, reports, and compliance with hotel policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years' hotel experience, incl. 1–2 in a managerial role in luxury hospitality.
  • Proficiency in PMS (e.g. Opera, Fidellio)
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German (knowledge of a third language will be considered an additional advantage)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
