Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

Υποστήριξη λειτουργίας ιατρείων

  • Συντονισμός και υποστήριξη κατά τη διάρκεια της θεραπείας

Επικοινωνία

  • Ενημέρωση των ζευγαριών ή μεμονωμένων γυναικών για τις υπηρεσίες της Embryolab
  • Ενημέρωση για την εφαρμογή των θεραπευτικών πρωτοκόλλων

Οργάνωση

  • Προγραμματισμός χειρουργείων εξωσωματικής γονιμοποίησης
  • Ενημέρωση ιατρικών φακέλων, αρχειοθέτηση εξετάσεων
  • Ενημέρωση της βάσης δεδομένων με όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες (CRM, αποτελέσματα εξετάσεων κ.α.)
  • Συντονισμός των ραντεβού σε consultation σε συνεργασία με τον υπεύθυνο γιατρό
  • Τήρηση φακέλου θεραπείας

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτη / ος ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ
  • Άριστη γνώση Γερμανικών και Αγγλικών
  • Ομαδικότητα, αισιοδοξία, προσαρμοτικότητα
  • Επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Αληθινό ενδιαφέρον για τον άνθρωπο
