As a Route Settlement, Billing & Disputes Coordinator, you'll:
Be at the core of our Order-to-Cash operations, coordinating billing, settlement, and dispute resolution activities across multiple countries. You'll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and a talented local team to ensure timely and accurate processing, while continuously improving the way we work.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Coordinate daily route settlement, billing, and dispute resolution tasks for multiple countries
- Ensure that all shipment-related documents are scanned, validated, and processed on time
- Monitor team performance and track key metrics and KPIs to ensure service excellence
- Collaborate with warehouses, transport companies, and other business service teams to resolve issues and improve accuracy
- Support team engagement and foster a positive, productive work atmosphere
- Lead onboarding for newcomers and support technical skill development within the team
- Step in to back up the Team Leader during peak periods and closing activities
- Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices and implementing process enhancements
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Our new team member needs to:
- Hold a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Have 1+ years of experience in a finance or operational role
- Bring 1+ years of team coordination or people management experience
- Be fluent in English
- Have working knowledge of SAP or another ERP system (preferred)
- Possess strong skills in time management, process coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Be proactive, organized, and focused on driving results
You can be successful in this role if:
- You ensure timely and accurate processing of routes, settlements, and dispute resolutions.
- You proactively identify and address discrepancies and process inefficiencies.
- You maintain high customer satisfaction levels through effective communication and resolution management.
- You manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- You adapt well to a fast-paced, multinational work environment and thrive under pressure.
