Η DeltaGroup, ως επίσημος συνεργάτης του ομίλου Metlen Energy & Metals, στα πλαίσια ανάπτυξης και εξέλιξής της, αναζητά τον κατάλληλο υποψήφιο για τη θέση του TRAINER. για την εκπαίδευση των ομάδων της εταιρείας.

Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την υλοποίηση των εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων για νέους και υφιστάμενους υπαλλήλους.

Βασικός στόχος είναι η διασφάλιση της ποιοτικής απόδοσης των τηλεφωνικών επικοινωνιών, η συνεχής εξέλιξη των δεξιοτήτων των agents, καθώς και ο εντοπισμός αναγκών εκπαίδευσης σε συνεργασία με τα στελέχη του τμήματος.

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου:

  • Απόφοιτος ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ

  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση (ιδανικά σε call center customer care)

  • Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής γλώσσας (γραπτός και προφορικός λόγος)

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Προγραμματισμός και υλοποίηση εκπαιδεύσεων για νέους και υφιστάμενους υπαλλήλους του τμήματος

  • Συνεργασία με τους προϊσταμένους για την παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης των agents

  • Δημιουργία εκπαιδευτικού υλικού και διαδικασιών

  • Ανάπτυξη των δεξιοτήτων και της αποτελεσματικότητας των εργαζομένων

Ενημέρωση και εκπαίδευση πάνω σε νέα projects

  • Διενέργεια ελέγχων ποιότητας στις επικοινωνίες

  • Διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με τις πολιτικές της εταιρείας, τον Κώδικα Δεοντολογίας και τους κανονισμούς
