Role Description

This is a
FULL remote, full-time position
for
Greek-Speaking Sales Representatives and Customer Care Support Agents.

Depending on your skills and campaign placement, you will:

• Engage customers to promote and sell products or services (Sales)
• Or assist existing clients with inquiries, issues, and account support (Customer Care).

Either way, your goal is to deliver a professional and friendly customer experience while meeting daily performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle
  inbound and outbound calls
  in
  Greek
  (and sometimes English).
• For
  Sales roles:
  Promote and sell products/services with enthusiasm.
• For
  Customer Care:
  Resolve issues and assist customers professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow communication procedures.
• Achieve daily targets and maintain high-quality interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Greek
  (native or near-native level) and
  good English skills
  .
• Excellent communication and persuasive speaking abilities.
• Sales-driven or customer-service-oriented personality.
• Basic computer literacy (CRM tools, chat, email).
• Motivated, positive, and reliable — able to work remotely.
• Experience in call centers, telesales, or customer service is a plus — but
  not required
  (we train you).

Benefits

• Base Pay:
  €7.00 – €10.00/hour (depending on experience).
• Salary released every 15th and 30th of the month

Work Schedule

• 6-hour weekday shifts (rotating AM/PM)
