Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel with expertise in Commercial Law, significant experience in banking transactions and NPLs, as well as strong ability to leverage AI tools for legal analyses. You will be a key member of our team, providing strategic guidance on complex transactions and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support in commercial contracts, M&A transactions, and NPL portfolio acquisitions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate loan sale agreements, servicing agreements, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on risk assessment, compliance, and transaction structuring.
  • Utilize AI tools for document analysis, due diligence, and legal research.

Requirements:

  • Law degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial law with specialization in banking/NPL transactions.
  • Proven experience in using AI tools within legal frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
