We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Lead all legal aspects of our various equity investments
  • Safeguard the company by reviewing all legal documents
  • Counsel our executives on a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
  • Track the progress of our trademarks along with our external partners
  • Review critical documents as per the requirement of the business by keeping in view the applicable laws and commercial interest of the company
  • Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
  • Ensure timely renewal of all licenses across entities and jurisdictions
  • Handle various administrative tasks as required by various governmental authorities
  • Stay up to date with all relevant legislation that may impact the business activities of the various entities of the group

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in law, masters is a plus
  • 7+ years of working experience as a Legal Counsel
  • Knowledge of equity investments, M&As transactions
  • Extreme attention to detail and a very methodical approach
  • Ability to quickly switch between high level complex tasks and transactional/administrative tasks, while maintaining high performance and productivity
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English language
  • Excellent organizational and record keeping skills
