Αναζητάμε για λογαριασμό πελάτη μας, μεγάλη τράπεζα, υποψήφιους εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, που επιθυμούν να ενταχθούν σε ένα δυναμικό περιβάλλον.

Τοποθεσία: Αθήνα

   Μοντέλο:  On-site

Ημέρες:  5νθήμερη, Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή

Ωράριο: 09:00-16:00 (6ωρο) // 09:00-14:00(5ωρο)

Θα αναλάβεις:

  • Τηλεφωνική ενημέρωση πελατών για προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες της τράπεζας
  • Επικοινωνία για ενημερωτικές και προωθητικές καμπάνιες.
  • Καταγραφή πληροφοριών και ενεργειών στα τραπεζικά συστήματα.
  • Επικαιροποίηση προσωπικών στοιχείων των πελατών.

Τι ζητάμε

  • Διαθεσιμότητα για εργασία σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες (08:00 – 22:00)
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα ενεργητικής ακρόασης
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών και MS Office
  • Υπομονή και ικανότητα διαχείρισης δύσκολων καταστάσεων
  • Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών

  • Αμοιβή 875€ μικτά για 7ωρη, πενθήμερη απασχόληση
  • Μηνιαία παροχή 50€ μέσω Ticket Card + ανταγωνιστικό Bonus 
  • Εκπαίδευση 1-2 μηνών σε σύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις
  • Εργασία σε προσβάσιμη τοποθεσία, κοντά σε σταθμούς Καλλιθέα & Μοσχάτο
  • Σταθερό περιβάλλον εργασίας σε κορυφαίο τραπεζικό οργανισμό
