Ως Banking Agent, θα έχεις ενεργό ρόλο στην ενημέρωση των πελατών της τράπεζας, συμμετέχοντας σε στοχευμένες καμπάνιες και προσφέροντας πληροφορίες για τραπεζικά προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες.

Καθήκοντα & Καθημερινές Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Τηλεφωνική ενημέρωση πελατών για προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες της τράπεζας
  • Συμμετοχή σε ενημερωτικές και προωθητικές καμπάνιες
  • Καταγραφή πληροφοριών και ενεργειών στα τραπεζικά συστήματα
  • Επικαιροποίηση προσωπικών στοιχείων των πελατών

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, υπευθυνότητα και εχεμύθεια
  • Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά και θετική διάθεση
  • Ευχέρεια στην χρήση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας

Τι Προσφέρουμε:

  • Μισθός 750€ μικτά για πρωινή σταθερή 6ωρη απασχόληση (9:00-15:00)
  • Μηνιαία παροχή 50€ μέσω Ticket Card + ανταγωνιστικό Bonus
  • Εκπαίδευση (1-2 μήνες) σε σύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις
  • Εργασία κοντά στους σταθμούς Καλλιθέα & Μοσχάτο
