Commercial Finance Specialist
Ο ρόλος:
Ο Commercial Finance Specialist ανήκει στην ομάδα Commercial Finance και αναφέρεται στον Commercial Finance Manager, έχοντας υπό την ευθύνη του την ορθή οργάνωση, διαχείριση και καταγραφή οικονομικών και εμπορικών δεδομένων, παρέχοντας αναλύσεις και πληροφορίες που συνδέονται άμεσα με την λήψη αποφάσεων, τη βελτίωση της απόδοσης και την αύξηση της κερδοφορίας.
Αρμοδιότητες:
- Διαχείριση βάσης δεδομένων πελατών (άνοιγμα νέων πελατών, συντήρηση, ανανέωση στοιχείων).
- Εξυπηρέτηση Εμπορικής ομάδας (πωλητών, επιθεωρητών, managers, KAMs, NAMs).
- Συμφωνία Τζίρων με αντιπροσώπους.
- Καταχώρηση και έκδοση πιστωτικών & χρεωστικών αξιών.
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, αντιπροσώπων, συνεργατών.
- Ηλεκτρονική αποστολή παραστατικών EDI & ΑΥΛΑ καθώς και επίλυση πιθανόν προβλημάτων.
- Διαχείριση και καταχώρηση μηνιαίων εκπτώσεων επί τιμολογίου όλων των καναλιών.
- Εξυπηρέτηση καναλιού Ex Van (Πελάτες, Εκπτώσεις, Τιμολόγηση).
- Διαχείριση στοιχείων έμμεσων πωλήσεων (ανέβασμα αρχείων, διαχείριση δεδομένων).
- Διαχείριση τιμοκαταλόγων (καταχώρηση τιμών, συντήρηση, ανανέωση κτλ).
- Συμμετοχή σε έργα βελτίωσης διαδικασιών και συστημάτων που σχετίζονται με την λειτουργία του τμήματος.
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ /ΤΕΙ Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης
- Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3 - 5 έτη σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο σε
- Καλή Γνώση SAP (FI module, MM module επιθυμητή)
- Πολλή καλή γνώση Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
- Καλή γνώση MS Office
- Δεξιότητες προγραμματισμού και οργάνωσης, διαχείρισης προτεραιοτήτων, αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου
