We are seeking a
Hotel Operations Manager
to join our pre-opening leadership team and oversee all day-to-day operations once open. This role is pivotal in translating our brand philosophy into reality, ensuring seamless service, operational excellence, and an atmosphere of understated sophistication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the seasonal team across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Maintenance, Experiences).
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a flawless guest journey and alignment with The Revery's service ethos.
  • Work closely with ownership and senior management on brand standards, guest experience design, and pre-opening implementation.
  • Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and training of all operational staff.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the property.
  • Manage budgets, operating costs, and supplier relationships with discretion and efficiency.
  • Handle guest relations and special requests for discerning international clientele with tact, warmth, and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the reservations and sales teams to ensure optimal occupancy and personalized service delivery.
  • Uphold sustainability and community engagement principles in all operational decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in
    luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality
    , ideally in boutique resorts, private retreats, or island properties.
  • Proven leadership experience with a hands-on, guest-focused approach.
  • Deep understanding of
    personalized service standards
    and high-net-worth guest expectations.
  • Fluent in
    Greek and English
    (additional languages considered an asset).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Available to join
    from December 2025
    for the pre-opening phase.
