Room Division Manager

Ο Όμιλος Caldera αναζητά Room Division Manager για το ξενοδοχείο Creta Paradise στο Γεράνι.

Καθήκοντα:

  • Εποπτεία και οργάνωση των τμημάτων Υποδοχής, Ορόφων και Guest Relations
  • Διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
  • Εκπαίδευση, καθοδήγηση και αξιολόγηση προσωπικού
  • Παρακολούθηση δεικτών ικανοποίησης πελατών και λειτουργικής αποδοτικότητας
  • Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα για την ομαλή λειτουργία του ξενοδοχείου

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχείο 4* ή 5*
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (η γνώση επιπλέον γλωσσών θα θεωρηθεί προσόν)
  • Εξοικείωση με PMS και ξενοδοχειακά συστήματα
  • Ηγετικές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες
  • Επαγγελματική εμφάνιση και συμπεριφορά
