Job Description: Revenue Manager (Hotel Focus, WebHotelier)

Location: Chania, Crete (On-site)

Department: Revenue Management

Reports to: Director of Revenue & Strategy

Employment Type: Full-time (on-site). Hybrid/remote not available at the moment, but planned for the future.

Salary: €950-€1200 NET per month + performance-based bonus

We are a hospitality management company based in Chania, specializing in Revenue Management, Reservations Management, and Hotel Technology & Distribution. After years of expertise in vacation rentals, we are expanding into the hotel sector, focusing on properties with 15+ rooms.

We're looking for a Revenue Manager with hotel experience and strong knowledge of WebHotelier to join our team. In this role, you will manage revenue strategies, optimize distribution, and contribute to the development of our hotel-focused services.

Role

As a Revenue Manager, you will maximize hotel performance through data-driven pricing, forecasting, and distribution management. You will work with WebHotelier, monitor market trends, and provide insights that support both our hotel clients and our company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies that optimize hotel performance.
• Manage and configure WebHotelier, PMS, Channel Manager & Booking Engine.
• Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, cancellations.
• Perform competitor benchmarking and market analysis to guide pricing.
• Ensure rate parity and distribution consistency across OTAs and direct channels.
• Deliver regular revenue performance reports and actionable insights to hotel partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to capture opportunities.
• Support the scaling of our hotel-focused services.

Requirements

• 1–2 years in Revenue Management or a related hotel role.
• Strong expertise in WebHotelier (PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine).
• Solid understanding of OTA channels and direct sales strategies.
• Analytical mindset; proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace & reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills in Greek & English.
• Ability to manage multiple hotel accounts and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
• Familiarity with hotels in the 15–100 room range.
• Hospitality certifications (e.g., CRME) are a plus.
