Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Front Office Manager located in Khaniá. The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day office administration, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing customer service interactions, and maintaining the front office area. Key tasks include greeting and assisting patients, coordinating appointments, handling communications, and supporting the overall operations of the front office.

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is advantageous
  • Proficiency in English and Greek is preferred
