role, you will orchestrate the seamless implementation of our programs, ensuring a smooth and supportive learning journey for every trainee. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating unforgettable learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Needs Assessment and Program Development:
Conduct assessments of existing training needs and subsequently organize comprehensive training programs aligned with identified requirements,

Participant Support and Guidance:
Provide comprehensive guidance and information to prospective participants encompassing application receipt, presentations of available programs, and effective telephone communication,

·
Trainee Record Management:
Maintain and update a maintained Trainee Register,

·
Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:
Continuously monitor and evaluate trainee progress, assessing their performance and identifying areas for improvement.,

·
Budget Management:
Oversee and monitor the approved budget for each training program,

·
Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports and maintain updated physical and digital records of all training programs, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation,

·
Information Systems Proficiency:
Effective execution of tasks within designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems,

·
Administrative Excellence:
Prepare comprehensive reports and maintain records of all project activities, both digitally and physically.

Are you a proven professional Trainer Consultant with:

Academic Background:
A University or Technical Institute degree is preferred,

·
Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrated proficiency in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a strong command of Argus e-learning platform applications,

·
Communication Excellence:
Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English,

Professionalism and Time Management:
Exhibit a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and consistently delivering high-quality work within established timelines,

Pedagogical Expertise:
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the educational process and the ability to effectively design engaging and effective training courses.
