ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a leading company in its sector, is looking for a talented and dynamic professional for the position of HoReCa Manager.

Location: Athens

You will be reporting to: Activation Deployment Executive, E&E GMCI

Your work will include:

This role focuses on developing and managing sales channels in the HoReCa sector. It combines fieldwork with cross-functional collaboration, offering opportunities to develop skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

More specifically, you will:

  • Identify and manage HoReCa outlets, events, and high-traffic locations to support B2C activities, including contract management.
  • Negotiate deals with stakeholders, build relationships, and develop strategies to maximize business opportunities and ensure KPIs are achieved.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.
  • Plan and implement area branding and activation activities in collaboration with BTL agencies, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Explore and manage alternative sales channels, supporting the process from wholesalers to outlets, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assist in managing BTL agency personnel and track day-to-day sales performance.
  • Implement Mystery Shopper programs and evaluate performance.

What we are looking for:

  • Sales experience with a proven track record in deal-making and business development.
  • An established network of outlets will be considered as a plus.
  • A natural 'hunter' with hunger to build and create a portfolio from the ground up.
  • Proactive cooperation, initiative, result focus
  • Dynamism, innovative, strong passion, and good communication skills
  • PC literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
  • Respect brand guidelines and be creative
  • Fluency in Greek & English (written & oral)
