Performance Marketing Specialist
we've been looking for

What You'll Do

  • Translate clients' objectives into effective 
    performance strategies
  • Set up & manage
    ad accounts, tracking codes, and conversion goals
    (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Design and implement
    strategic campaign plan
    based on client goals
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns
    across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
  • Track and improve key performance metrics (
    CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC
    )
  • Turn campaign data into
    clear, insightful reports
  • Recommend
    cross-channel strategies
    to grow client business
  • Perform
    market & competitor analysis
    to inform campaigns
  • Work with our
    creative team
    to develop high-performing ad assets
  • Partner with our
    dev team
    to optimize e-shops & websites (UX/UI best practices)
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing
    strategic recommendations
  • Stay ahead of
    digital trends, tools & innovations
    in performance marketing

Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or a similar role
  • Proven hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics & GTM
  • A data-driven mindset and confidence using reporting tools (Looker Studio, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Skilled at juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
