We are looking for Corporate Communications & PR Specialist, responsible for implementing communication and public relations initiatives that support company's strategic goals.

Full-time | Hybrid - Athens, Greece

*Role Overview*
The job holder will work closely with the Marketing and Human Resources teams to enhance the public corporate image of Ethniki Asfalistiki and strengthen the company's presence in the market through effective public relations and corporate communications.

*Main Responsibilities*

  • Implementation of corporate communication and PR initiatives to enhance the Company's image and reputation
  • Management of press releases, articles and other communication materials that support the company's corporate strategy
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with media outlets and journalists to ensure consistent, positive coverage of the company's initiatives, brand, and strategic messaging
  • Planning, Coordination and execution of corporate events, conferences, and public appearances, ensuring alignment with the company's communication strategy and brand identity
  • Monitor and Analysis of media presence and public sentiment to improve communication effectiveness and inform strategic decisions,
  • Development and implementation of Employer Branding initiatives in close collaboration with the Human Resources department, aiming to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice

Candidate Job Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven knowledge of the media landscape and demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists and media representatives
  • Ability to perform effectively and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and strategically disseminate them through appropriate channels
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Greek and English
  • No pending military obligations (for Greek male citizens)
