Performance Marketing Specialist
who's ready to take digital campaigns to the next level.

What You'll Do:

  • Set up and manage ad accounts, tracking codes, and conversion goals
    (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns
    across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
  • Monitor performance metrics
    (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC) and continuously improve results
  • Analyze campaign data
    and generate clear, insightful reports
  • Run A/B tests
    on creatives, landing pages, and messaging
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Collaborate with our creative team
    to enhance ad assets
  • Communicate with clients
    to manage requests and provide strategic insights
  • Stay updated on trends
    and adopt new tools in performance marketing

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with
    Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics & GTM
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with reporting tools like Looker Studio, Excel, etc.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of
    SEO
    and
    CRO
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Fluency in
    English
    , both written and spoken
