Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer to join our team at A1 Shipyard in Rhodes. The Mechanical Engineer will play a key role in supporting shipyard operations, focusing on mechanical engineering, machine design, and technical solutions for yacht maintenance and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems and components for shipyard operations

Support ongoing yacht maintenance and repair activities with technical expertise

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and propose effective solutions

Assist in project planning, documentation, and quality control

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Previous experience in the shipyard or maritime industry is considered an advantage

Περιγραφή Θέσης

Αναζητούμε έναν Μηχανικό για πλήρη απασχόληση και εργασία στις εγκαταστάσεις μας στη Ρόδο. Ο Μηχανικός θα συμβάλει ουσιαστικά στη λειτουργία του ναυπηγείου, με έμφαση στη μηχανολογική μελέτη, τον σχεδιασμό μηχανών και την τεχνική υποστήριξη έργων συντήρησης και ανάπτυξης σκαφών.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

Σχεδιασμός, ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση μηχανολογικών συστημάτων και εξαρτημάτων για τις ανάγκες του ναυπηγείου

Τεχνική υποστήριξη στις διαδικασίες συντήρησης και επισκευής σκαφών

Συνεργασία με ομάδες για την έγκαιρη και επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση έργων

Διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση μηχανολογικών προβλημάτων και εύρεση λύσεων

Ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων και αναλυτικής σκέψης

Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και ομαδικής συνεργασίας

Προϋπηρεσία στον χώρο του ναυπηγείου ή της ναυτιλιακής βιομηχανίας θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
