About the Role

We are seeking a
Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative
to join our dynamic support team in Greece. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist viewers via
    phone and/or chat
    regarding account management, billing issues, and general inquiries.
  • Support users with
    site and application navigation
    , ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.
  • Provide
    technical assistance
    on software functionality, system configurations, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Deliver
    accurate, timely, and professional responses
    to viewer inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, procedures, and company policies to ensure consistent service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish (C2 level)
    and
    good command of English (B2+)
    .
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in
    rotational shifts
    (including weekends).
  • Basic understanding of
    technical troubleshooting
    (network, configuration, or application support) is an advantage.
  • Must be currently located in Greece or willing to
    relocate (relocation package available)
    .
