Help Desk / Support Officer
About The Role
We are seeking a Help Desk / Support Officer to provide technical support to company employees.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and applications problems
  • Solve problems on Windows OS, Mac OS, and iOS, platforms
  • Troubleshoot issues and alter configuration on networking equipment (switches, Wi-Fi access points)
  • User advanced troubleshooting skills

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows, Mac, and iOS
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with Active Directory and Exchange on the cloud
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting
  • UniFi networks administration is a plus
  • Proficient user of new Technologies
  • Ability to meet daily deadlines under stressful conditions
  • Ability to deal effectively multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
