Operations Junior consultant

The ideal candidate will join the Digital Transformation unit and have the following main responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day support all ERP business users by providing guidance, and solutions to their business requests
  • Help Desk - Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical or business process assistance over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting, handling ticketing tool
  • Conducting UAT for new ERP development
  • Drive activities with users to gather information required to be analyzed
  • Support leadership and internal teams by providing useful data, insights, and business reports
  • Be engaged in different projects to build specific experience in the field of Business and IT controls, as well as the related management processes
  • User training

The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's and or a Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Analytical & problem solving skills and ability to pay attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to solve problems
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office 365 application
  • Basic programming experience (SQL scripting, python, HTML5, XML, JavaScript) will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of HL7 communication standard
  • Knowledge in relational databases
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly
  • Working experience on a similar field is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Military service fulfilled where applicable
