Quality Assurance Administrator

(QAA_AL_2025)

Ο/Η Quality Assurance Administrator θα αναφέρεται στον Manager του Τμήμα Ποιότητας και θα υποστηρίζει την διαχείριση των συστημάτων ποιότητας καθώς και την τήρηση των κανονιστικών απαιτήσεων (GMP/GDP). Διασφαλίζοντας την ορθή αρχειοθέτηση εγγράφων, τη συμμόρφωση με τις διαδικασίες και τη σωστή ροή πληροφοριών εντός του οργανισμού.

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχειρίζεται και διεκπεραιώνει θέματα διασφάλισης ποιότητας σε συνεργασία με τους officers / managers του τμήματος.
  • Διαχειρίζεται το σύστημα διαδικασιών/εγγράφων, π.χ. Διαδικασίες γραμμής, ελέγχου, έγγραφα Validation, κλπ.
  • Συμμετέχει στην εφαρμογή του προγράμματος εσωτερικού ελέγχου και πραγματοποιεί flash inspections σαν εσωτερικός επιθεωρητής.
  • Συμμετέχει στην προετοιμασία για επιθεωρήσεις από πελάτες.
  • Συμμετέχει στην εκτέλεση του προγράμματος εκπαιδεύσεων GMP και στην εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες του εργοστασίου ενώ βοηθάει στο συντονισμό του ετήσιου πλάνου εκπαίδευσης.
  • Παρακολουθεί την βάση δεδομένων των προληπτικών και διορθωτικών ενεργειών που προκύπτουν από τις διερευνήσεις, το χειρισμό των παραπόνων, των εγκεκριμένων αλλαγών και των επιθεωρήσεων εσωτερικών, πελατών, ΕΟΦ.
  • Συμμετέχει στην έκδοση του Validation Master Plan κάθε έτους, καθώς και των αντίστοιχων follow up.
  • Εκδίδει τα change controls που άπτονται του QS τμήματος.
  • Επικοινωνεί με προμηθευτές (υλών & υλικών) σχετικά με αναφερόμενες ποιοτικές αποκλίσεις.
  • Συμμετέχει στην υλοποίηση του προγράμματος αξιολόγησης προμηθευτών.
  • Εκδίδει ή συμμετέχει στην έκδοση του Non Validation Master Plan κάθε έτους, καθώς και των αντίστοιχων follow up.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  1. Πτυχίο σε Φαρμακευτική, Χημεία, Βιολογία, Χημική Μηχανική, ή άλλο συναφές επιστημονικό αντικείμενο.

  2. 1–3 χρόνια εμπειρία σε Quality Assurance ή συναφή ρυθμιζόμενο τομέα (φαρμακευτική, τρόφιμα, ιατροτεχνολογικά).

  3. Πολύ καλή γνώση των GMP/GDP και βασικών αρχών ποιότητας.

  4. Εμπειρία σεδιαχείριση SOPs, CAPA, deviations, change control.

  5. Άριστη χρήση MS Office (ιδίως Excel & Word).

  6. Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών, γραπτών και προφορικών.

  7. Ικανότητα χειρισμού ηλεκτρονικών συστημάτων ποιότητας θεωρείται πλεονέκτημα.
