Inbound Sales Project – Italian Speaker

Location:

Athens, Greece (On-site)

Start Date:

13th October

Contract:

  • Permanent contract
  • Full-time: 40h/week (8h per day, Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls and customer inquiries in Italian
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project objectives

Requirements:

  • Native/Fluent in
    Italian
  • Good command of
    English
    (B2+)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work on-site in Athens
