We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Knowledge Coordinator
to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing knowledge assets related to service infrastructure, IT systems, cloud transition, and data exchange platforms. This role is essential in ensuring that critical knowledge is captured, organized, and accessible to support operational excellence, innovation, and compliance.

Your role:

• Oversee the documentation of service transitions, capturing lessons learned and ensuring knowledge assets are structured and accessible.
• Promote collaboration and continuous learning through effective knowledge-sharing processes and tools.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders, identify knowledge gaps, and update or retire outdated materials accordingly.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of knowledge management practices and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation by implementing best practices and aligning knowledge management with organizational strategies.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
• Lead cloud migration initiatives, develop adoption strategies, and ensure compliance with EU regulations and standards.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and integration of IT systems, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvements.
• Manage secure data-sharing platforms, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to governance policies.
• Establish and enforce cybersecurity protocols, conduct security assessments, and respond to incidents to ensure robust protection of knowledge assets.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–10 years of experience in IT service management, cloud computing, and cybersecurity, with a proven track record in knowledge management and digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
• Proficiency in knowledge management tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or similar are highly desirable.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
• You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality in required).

*This role may require flexibility, including shift-based work and on-call responsibilities, depending on operational needs.
