Role Overview
We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our product team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure our products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys.Synthesize research findings into clear insights and recommendations for the design and product teams.Collaborate with designers to validate concepts and prototypes through user feedback.Create and maintain user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks.Present research outcomes to stakeholders in an engaging and actionable way.Stay current with UX research trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve research practices.

What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a related user experience role.Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and research methodologies.Experience with tools like UserTesting, Dovetail, Maze, Figma, or similar platforms.Ability to analyze data and turn insights into clear, strategic recommendations.Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey research findings effectively.A collaborative mindset and a genuine curiosity about user behavior.
