Inter Cars Greece Single Member Liability Company is a subsidiary of Inter Cars S.A., the biggest importer and distributor of automotive spare parts and garage equipment in Middle and Eastern Europe. With over 200 branches in Poland and more than 190 branches in Europe, Inter Cars Greece values passion and involvement, partnership, reliability, loyalty, and leadership by example.

Inter Cars Greece is interested in appointing a Product & Data Analyst for the LKW Segment in the Athens Metropolitan Area. The right candidate will contribute to the team and help achieve the corporate goals.

Responsibilities

Analyze the market in terms of competition, product mix, pricing, and market share using advanced Excel functions and analytical tools.

Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making within the purchasing department.

Support the growth plan of the purchasing department by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Play an integral part of the team with the objective of scaling and multiplying the LKW segment.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and performance monitoring.

Evaluate vendor quotes, conduct comparative analysis and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Design and implement purchasing strategies based on data trends, forecasts and ABC analysis.

Perform stock analysis and maintain close supervision of inventory levels through Excel-based monitoring and reporting tools.

Requirements

BSc in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or related field. MSc will be considered a strong asset.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, Power Query).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret and structure data into actionable insights.

Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) or ERP systems will be considered an advantage.

Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills (English and Greek).

3–5 years' work experience in a similar role required (product, purchasing, data analysis or reporting).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.

Solid knowledge of Office 365 environment.
