Business Analyst

Inter Cars Greece Single Member Liability Company is a subsidiary of Inter Cars S.A., the biggest importer and distributor of automotive spare parts and garage equipment in the Middle and Eastern Europe, with over 200 branches in Poland and more than 190 branches in Europe. Inter Cars Greece is interested in appointing a Business Analyst in the Athens Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making across departments.

Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports using Excel and BI tools.

Identify business trends, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes with data-driven insights.

Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Logistics, Sales, and IT to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Prepare performance and profitability analyses to support management initiatives.

Document business processes and propose optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reporting platforms.

Support implementation and enhancement of ERP and reporting systems.

Requirements

BSc degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field (MSc or MBA considered an asset).

5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or data analytics.

Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and experience with BI tools

Familiarity with ERP systems

Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills (English and Greek).

Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effective
