Residential Development Director

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Residential Development Director to join the Residential Development Department.

The Residential Development Director will report to the Senior Residential Development Director and will lead one of the vertical product teams

Leading the end-to-end product development process from concept to advanced design s
- tage.Defining product strategy, typology, and positioning in alignment with the ove

- sion.Coordinating and guiding multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, legal and financial consultants and project mana
- gers.Ensuring optimal balance between experience, value, and cost in every design and technical deci
- sion.Leading the preparation of Product Briefs, Design Reviews, and Cost–Value Assessm
- ents.Collaborating closely with Commercial and Program Execution Office (PEO) teams to ensure seamless handover from product definition to permitting, sales, and construc
- tion.Acting as product custodian throughout the project lifecycle, safeguarding design intent and brand consist
- ency.Monitoring market trends and customer insights in coordination with the Commercial Division to continuously refine future prod
- ucts.Driving innovation in design, materials, and industrialized construction methods to enhance efficiency and sustainabi

Academic Qualifi**

• cations

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or relate
- d field.Postgraduate specialization in Real Estate Development, Project / Enterprise Management, Engineering Management or other Management or Economics oriente
- d field.Excellent professional use of the English l

**anguage.

Professional**

• Experience

Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate development and relat
- ed sectors.Proven record in leading residential or mixed-use projects from concept to co
- nstruction.Strong understanding of design coordination, permitting processes, and value e
- ngineering.Experience in managing consultants, architects, and contractors in high-standard de
- velopments.Familiarity with industrialized construction methods, sustainability principles, and BIM processes will be considered a strong
