We are seeking a highly motivated
Financial Modelling Associate
to join our Residential
Development Department of "The Ellinikon Project", dealing with the financial analysis of all residential, neighborhood retail and F&B uses of the project. The position will be reporting to the Financial Modelling Director.

In detail, the new colleague in this position shall support the team in various matters, such as:

  • Participates in Preparation and maintenance of business plan models for the Ellinikon Project assigned to the Department.
  • Monitoring of the financial business models prepared by the Development department.
  • Participates in the monthly reporting and relevant procedures for the department.
  • Prepares internal management reports as well as additional Ad Hoc analyses/reports using SAP tools.
  • Supports the Budget and Forecast preparation.
  • Ensures compliance with all group policies and maintains records to enable internal and external audit procedures.
  • Cooperates efficiently with related departments and produces timely the required financial analyses.
  • Preparation of internal management reports as well as additional Ad Hoc analyses/reports.
  • Evaluation of submitted business plans by 3rd parties.
  • Supports the Budget and Forecast cash flows preparation.

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

Academic Qualifications & Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance/economics/engineering, ideally combined with a master΄s degree in investment finance or real estate faculties.
  • CFA or MRICS certifications will be considered an asset.
  • Advanced user of MS Office with solid Excel experience (spreadsheet connectivity, automation, macros etc.). Power Bi knowledge will be appreciated.
  • Proficiency level in the English language.

Professional Experience:

  • About 3- 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a well-established company in the real estate industry (development companies, REICs, Real estate investment banking, real estate consulting etc.)

  • Able to manage complex data requests, fast learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Characterized by strong attention to detail, fresh thinking, pro-activeness, and time dedication.
  • Ability to work under own initiative with limited supervision.
  • Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
  • A high sense of urgency and a pro-active approach to problem solving.
  • Team-oriented, hands-on, highly skilled, adaptive, and client-focused.
  • Must have the ability to develop strong working relationships with third party client, consultants, contractors and local authorities.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Collaboration Teamwork.
