Human Resources Generalist
 για το τμήμα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.

Περιγραφή Θέσεως:

  • Διαχείριση διαδικασίας έκδοσης μισθοδοσίας και συναφών λειτουργιών (ΕΡΓΑΝΗ, ΕΦΚΑ, ΣΕΠΕ).
  • Διενέργεια της διαδικασίας προσλήψεων Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.
  • Ενημέρωση και παρακολούθηση εσωτερικών λειτουργιών και συστημάτων Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.
  • Διαχείριση προγραμμάτων οικειοθελών παροχών.
  • Διασφάλιση της νομικής συμμόρφωσης σε όλες τις λειτουργίες του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού..
  • Υποστήριξη στις διαδικασίες διαχείρισης απόδοσης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης συναφούς κλάδου (Οικονομικών/Λογιστικής, Διοίκησης επιχειρήσεων, Κοινωνικών επιστημών κ.ο.κ.).
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικών.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού MS Office.
  • Άρτιες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Ολοκληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για τους άρρενες υποψήφιους).
  • Προυπηρεσία σε παρόμοια θέση και γνώση λογισμικού Business Mισθοδοσία-Epsilon Net (Επιθυμητά).
  • Τυχόν κατοχή μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου στη Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν.
