About The Role
We are looking for an experienced professional with good interpersonal and communication skills to be part of a dynamic team in a leading company in the renewables sector with a view to taking over increased responsibilities and progressing with the growth of the organization and business.

What You Will Be Doing

• Review, evaluate and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents with major clients related to renewable energy asset management and software services
• Liaise with commercial contracting team, sales and legal counsel as to contractual commercial and legal aspects so identify and mitigate contractual risks and issues
• Co-operate with sales, technical teams and legal counsel to update Corporate contractual templates
• Manage and maintain a database of all contracts and legal documents
• Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, operations, and legal, to ensure contract alignment with company goals
• Stay updated on industry regulations and legal requirements affecting the renewable energy sector
• Provide advice on contractual matters to the Corporate Management team
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of both commercial terms, financial instruments and legal issues within contracts

Specifically, we are looking for someone with the following toolbox:

• MBA or MSc in Finance/Banking or Degree in business or legal-related field
• Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken is an essential pre-requisite
• Proven experience in contract management, with experience preferably in the renewable energy industry
• Knowledge of contract law terms, and legal terminology
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
• A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
