We are looking for a Non-regulated Services Contract Management Senior Professional to strengthen our Non-regulated Services (NRS) team in the CEO Office, Equity Participations & NRS Division. Your call will be to act as the Point of Contact (PoC) for the assigned contracts involving provision of DESFA services to third parties, contribute to the activities relevant to contract execution, and support closely the business development activities. Your tasks will indicatively include:

  • Act as a Point of Contact (PoC) for the assigned contracts including (indicatively) direct collaboration with DESFA's customers for respective services, progress monitoring of contract execution and coordination and facilitation of any resolution processes.
  • Collaborate closely, as the case may be, with DESFA's Divisions involved in service delivery for day-to-day matters.
  • Contribute to the activities related to contract execution (incl. as the case may be SAP related transactions).
  • Participate in preparing any requested management reporting including also contracts' financial performance.
  • Cost planning / budgeting activities and managing the invoicing process.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and in the preparation of value propositions for new contracts; preparation of proposals/business offers as a response to bids/quotations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or any other relevant field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in a Big 4 / consulting environment; proven experience in contract management will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent use of MS office suite.
