Athens, Attica, Greece DESFA Full time €50,000 - €60,000 per year

We are looking for a Quality Senior Professional to strengthen our Quality team in the Health & Safety, Physical Security, Environment & Quality (HSSEQ) Division. Your call will be to develop and monitor the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and the Laboratories Management System (ISO 17025), relevant procedures and guidelines, and the development of relevant indicators. Moreover, contribute and support all matters related to the Quality and Laboratory Management of DESFA services provided to internal and external customers. Your tasks will indicatively include:

  • Develop, implement, monitor, and audit the Quality Management System per ISO 9001 procedures, guidelines and the development of relevant indicators.
  • Manage the Quality Management System documents and forms.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and audit the Laboratory Management System per ISO 17025 procedures, guidelines and maintain accreditation requirements
  • Support the local managers of the Quality Management System.
  • Participate and contribute to the integration process of HSSEQ management systems.
  • Prepare reports and support the organization of initiatives related to the HSSEQ Systems.
  • Collect data from all other organizational units of the HSSEQ Division for the monthly report of the unified and holistic Management System.
  • Propose and participate in trainings related to HSSEQ topics on an ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications

  • BSc in Business Administration, Engineering or any other relevant field.
  • At least three (3) - five (5) years of experience in quality and / or laboratory management systems.
  • Certification in auditing HSSEQ Management Systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent use and command of the English language.
  • Excellent command of MS office suite.
