Καθήκοντα:

  • Επίβλεψη της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του καταστήματος για να εξασφαλιστεί η ομαλή και αποδοτική λειτουργία
  • Επίβλεψη, εκπαίδευση και υποστήριξη του προσωπικού για την επίτευξη στόχων
  • Ανάπτυξη στρατηγικών πωλήσεων για την επίτευξη και υπέρβαση των εταιρικών στόχων
  • Διασφάλιση της άριστης εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και διαχείριση παραπόνων
  • Επίβλεψη αποθεμάτων, παραγγελιών και διασφάλιση σωστής τοποθέτησης των προϊόντων στο κατάστημα
  • Παρακολούθηση πωλήσεων, δημιουργία αναφορών, και έλεγχος ταμειακών διαδικασιών
  • Συμμετοχή στο στήσιμο και τη διαμόρφωση των καταστημάτων, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της διάταξης προϊόντων και διαμόρφωσης βιτρινών σύμφωνα με τα εταιρικά πρότυπα
  • Εξασφάλιση της τήρησης των εταιρικών πολιτικών, διαδικασιών και κανονισμών

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση Store Manager ή παρόμοια θέση στον τομέα του λιανικού εμπορίου ή της διαχείρισης καταστημάτων, τουλάχιστον 2 ετών
  • Ικανότητα καθοδήγησης ομάδας, επίλυσης προβλημάτων, και ενίσχυσης της ομαδικής συνεργασίας
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου, προγραμματισμού, και ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και εμπειρία στη διαχείριση πελατειακών σχέσεων και παραπόνων
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης αλλαγών και αντιμετώπισης προκλήσεων στο περιβάλλον του καταστήματος
  • Καλή χρήση MS Office καθώς και συστημάτων ERP ή POS θα θεωρηθούν προσόν
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα
