Role Description

Emfasis Non-Profit is seeking a full-time Director of Operations, to oversee and manage daily operations, including planning and coordinating activities, implementing project strategies, and ensuring operational excellence. The role requires engaging with internal and external stakeholders, managing resources, and contributing to program development. Based in Athens, this is a hybrid role, allowing partial work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor initiatives efficiently.
  • Team leadership, collaboration, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in communication, report writing, and documentation in Greek and English.
  • Empathy, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity to work with socially vulnerable populations.
  • Experience in the non-profit or social services sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field is a strong advantage.
