We are seeking a
Director of Operations (Aviation)
to oversee the operational and financial activities of a private aviation holding operating in Europe/Middle East/US. This role involves managing chartering partnerships, expanding the operational network, and serving as a key liaison between operators, financial partners and shareholders.

Responsibilities

  • Expand and manage the network of chartering partners across Europe and the

Middle East.

  • Oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with budgets and performance

targets.

  • Act as a liaison between operators, shareholders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related

field.

  • 10+ years of experience in aviation operations or private jet services.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of managing operations across multiple geographies.
  • Fluency in English and atleast
    1x additional European language is essential
    (French; Greek; German; Spanish etc)
