We are looking for a skilled
System Administrator
to join our IT team and ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining servers, networks, and cloud services while providing technical support to internal teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting complex systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and backups to ensure reliability.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies, including access controls and data protection.
  • Manage cloud-based services and virtualization platforms.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls).
  • Experience with Veeam or other backup solutions for disaster recovery and data protection.
