Job Overview: Lead Customer Collaboration for GR&CY Organization, with key responsibilities:

• the development of strong Supply Chain collaboration with Key Customers

• the execution of VMI and rest central delivery accounts DC replenishment and customer care

• the development and execution of joint value creation projects which will generate benefits in service and cost

• single point of contact for all sales Channels / Customers and full portfolio visibility

• full overview of daily order management, backorders monitoring and follow up for all channels
Responsibilities:
• Lead Service excellence via governance process. Lead and develop cross functional Service and OTIF improvement processes in order to deliver the yearly Service targets. Establish and maintain KPI targets and Service results to Lead Team.

• Single point of contact for all sales Channels / Customers and full portfolio visibility

• Design and implement Common Supply Chain Scorecards with key Customers.

• Lead the Customer Relationship Program and develop strong external customer relationships with VMI and rest centralized customers. Expand customer relationships with rest key customers.

• Coordinate Order to Delivery Process and secure efficiencies in logistics processes.

• Ensure regular Customers Touchpoints and joint value creation projects in scope of agenda with strategic customers.

• Identify productivity opportunities and collaboration strategies. Ensure improvements are embedded in the processes with in internal and external organizations through the customer relationship program.

• Manage Collaboration projects meeting the needs of customers and delivering on higher results in Customer Survey.

• Ensure Customer needs are effectively and promptly communicated within the PepsiCo organization.

• Drive the Customer Relationship Program within the PepsiCo organization and build strong internal collaboration with Sales Team for all channels.

• Elevate team capability and design the Customer Collaboration organization of the Future.

• Be the Single point of contact regarding product availability and shortages for Commercial team. Communicate timely and effectively product service risks. Support prioritization planning. Facilitate serious shortage incidents coordinating x functional touchpoints for communication and prioritization purposes.

• Full overview of daily order management, backorders monitoring and follow up for all channels.

• Daily open orders and deliveries management and coordinate commercial, logistics and supply planning for taking actions for all customers and channels

• Leadership /people and change management skills and supply chain experience

• High level of Business acumen / Strong business partner

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with the various commercial functions, customers, partners, finance and sourcing functions (supply planning / plants)
