Role Description
- Manage and grow client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Oversee the delivery of campaigns, from brief to execution, ensuring high-quality output on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with our creative, production, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
- Identify opportunities to add value and support clients' business growth.
- Ensure that every touchpoint reflects our commitment to innovation, inclusion, and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing multiple print projects efficiently
- Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in print management of at least 3 years
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
