Role Description

  • Manage and grow client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Oversee the delivery of campaigns, from brief to execution, ensuring high-quality output on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative, production, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Identify opportunities to add value and support clients' business growth.
  • Ensure that every touchpoint reflects our commitment to innovation, inclusion, and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing multiple print projects efficiently
  • Business Relationship Management and Account Management skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Previous experience in print management of at least 3 years
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
