Εργοδηγός Οικοδομικών Έργων - CBU

Αναζητούμε ικανό και έμπειρο Εργοδηγό Οικοδομικών Έργων που θα συντονίζει τις εργασίες και θα επιβλέπει τα συνεργεία στα εργοτάξια κατασκευών.

Ως σημείο αναφοράς για την καθημερινή λειτουργία του εργοταξίου, ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα έχει ουσιαστικό ρόλο στην ολοκλήρωση ενός έργου. Ο Εργοδηγός Οικοδομικών Έργων θα πρέπει να έχει δόκιμη κατάρτιση στον κλάδο. Πρέπει να είστε καλά οργανωμένος και να βάζετε πάνω απ' όλα την ασφάλεια. Ο ρόλος αναφέρεται στον Construction Manager.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Συντονισμός και επίβλεψη εργασιών σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα, τις προτεραιότητες και τα σχέδια
  • Παραγωγή προγραμμάτων και παρακολούθηση παρουσιών των συνεργείων
  • Παρακολούθηση παραλαβής προμηθειών
  • Ανάθεση γενικών και καθημερινών καθηκόντων
  • Διασφάλιση επαρκούς εργατικού δυναμικού και πηγών
  • Εξασφάλιση της τήρησης όλων των προφυλάξεων ασφαλείας και προτύπων ποιότητας
  • Επίβλεψη της χρήσης μηχανημάτων και εξοπλισμού
  • Επίλυση προβλημάτων καθώς ανακύπτουν
  • Καθημερινή αναφορά προόδου στον υπεύθυνο εργοταξίου και τήρηση ημερολογίων και λοιπών απαιτούμενων καταγραφών.
  • Συμμετοχή στην προμέτρηση και παραλαβή και επιμέτρηση εργασιών των υπεργολάβων

Απαιτήσεις

  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία ως εργοδηγός οικοδομικών έργων με έμφαση τα κτιριακά.
  • Σε βάθος γνώση της κατασκευαστικής διαδικασίας, του εξοπλισμού και των οδηγιών που αφορούν στην ασφάλεια και υγεία στο χώρο εργασίας
  • Ικανότητα ανάγνωσης σχεδίων, διατάξεων και σχεδιαγραμμάτων
  • Εξαιρετικές ηγετικές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας και παροχής αναφορών
  • Απολυτήριο λυκείου ή δίπλωμα σε τεχνική εργασία
