Role Overview

We are looking for a
Delivery Manager
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for
communicating with business units
,
prioritizing and aligning initiatives with strategic goals
, and
organizing the demand backlog
to ensure smooth project delivery. You'll act as a bridge between business and technology teams, helping to transform business needs into actionable plans.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with
    business units
    to gather, assess, and validate new requirements.
  • Prioritize and align initiatives with
    organizational strategy
    and long-term objectives.
  • Evaluate
    effort, cost, and expected benefits
    to support decision-making for new projects.
  • Organize and maintain the
    demand backlog
    before handing it over to Business Analysts for detailed analysis.
  • Ensure that proposed initiatives are feasible, aligned with resources, and deliver measurable value.
  • Support continuous improvement of delivery and demand management processes.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience
    in
    IT delivery management
    ,
    demand management
    , or
    business analysis
    .
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of
    strategic alignment
    ,
    benefit analysis
    , and
    project prioritization frameworks
    .
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple requests and manage competing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science
    ,
    Information Technology
    , or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Experience with
    Appian BPM
    or other
    low-code platforms

  • Familiarity with
    Agile

    Scrum methodologies

  • Knowledge of
