As a Technology Delivery Manager at our team, you will play a key role in managing software and hardware projects in the gaming industry

More specifically, some of your main tasks will be:

• Planning and managing new technical project implementations for our customers worldwide in an effective and efficient manner. As a successful Technology Delivery Manager- PM, being proactive and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality.

• Being in charge of planning and managing the Demand/Change Management process, ranging from receiving new project requirements to formulating and submitting technical proposals. Mobilizing and orchestrating internal resources from various departments while working with the customer's project team.

• Producing project reports for the customer and top management, providing relevant KPIs and metrics for the projects under your responsibility.

To get this role, you should match the following criteria:

• You have already acquired about
  3 years
  of proven professional experience in managing technical projects.
• You have earned your University or College Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant technology-related field.
• Good knowledge of Project Management Tools and methodologies, as well as a strong familiarity with software development life cycle.
• The position involves frequent travelling to the countries where our customers operate, so you are in a position to travel.
• You are distinguished for your excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Greek, as well as for your presentation skills.
• You are characterized for your hands-on mentality, your goal-oriented predisposition, and your attention to detail.
• Above all, we work as a team. As you have to cooperate with various colleagues from different teams within our Company, you indeed have to be an excellent team player, with a professional attitude and a positive predisposition.

We would appreciate it if you had:

• Additional studies in Project Management and PMP or related certifications.

On a personal side:

• A quick and continuous learner.
• Above all, it is very important to have a team player attitude, as we work, above everything else, as a TEAM
