Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Είναι υπεύθυνος για την άρτια τεχνική εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών, αλλά και την τεχνική υποστήριξη των υπολοίπων τμημάτων της εταιρείας.

  • Μεταφέρει την τεχνογνωσία της "ΚΑΛΑΜΑΡΑΚΗΣ AUTOMATION" στην αγορά με στόχο την ικανοποίηση των αναγκών των πελατών της και την προώθηση της βιώσιμης ανάπτυξης.

  • Συνεργάζεται άρτια με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας και ιδιαίτερα με το τμήμα πωλήσεων και συμβάλλει στην ομαδική προσπάθεια για την επίτευξη των εταιρικών στόχων.

  • Συνεργάζεται με την ομάδα πωλήσεων στο pre-sales service του πελάτη, με στόχο τον προσδιορισμό των αναγκών του και την εύρεση της βέλτιστης λύσης.

  • Διατηρεί άριστες και παραγωγικές σχέσεις με πελάτες.

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου :

  • Πτυχίο ανώτατης σχολής, Ηλεκτρολογίας, Αυτοματισμών, Μηχανολογίας, Ηλεκτρονικών.

  • Τουλάχιστον 3 – 5 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ανάλογη θέση

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση σε θέματα Αυτοματισμού

  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)

  • Καλή γνώση του ανταγωνισμού

  • Άριστες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και παρουσίασης.

  • Ικανότητα να εργάζεται κάτω από πίεση και να τηρεί προθεσμίες.

  • Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα σε ένα δυναμικό περιβάλλον.

  • Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα και την ικανοποίηση του πελάτη.

  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office

  • Εμπειρία χρήσης ERP, CRM συστημάτων επιθυμητή
